No. Subject to the events ticket platform at the gate, Glassticket is fully capable to create a reliable and secure offline entry validation experience at any entry location, so congested networks or outages don’t slow the line.
Does Glassticket stop ticket fraud?
Yes. Glassticket does not show, send, or expose barcodes or user identities. Teams, ticket providers, and ticket buyers can be assured that their tickets are safe and secure.
Does Glassticket work with current ticket platforms?
Glassticket is capable of working with any ticket platform. Osmosis is an official partner of Ticketmaster. As more ticketing platforms move to 100% paperless, Glassticket is the perfect upgrade to any mobile ticket.
What kind of phone is required for Glassticket?

What if a fan does not have a supported phone?
We work with teams, venues, events, and our ticketing partners on fallback methods. We’ll work with the team, venue, or event to communicate alternative options.
Can Glassticket integrate into an existing team app?
Today, fans use a variety of team apps, ticketing apps, digital wallets, and “print at home” solutions to manage their tickets. How do season ticket holders receive their package of season tickets in Glassticket?
The ticket office emails a download link to season ticket holders. We can also support teams by including fun and engaging Glassticket collateral in the season ticket holder packages sent out prior to the start of the season.
How do season ticket holders share Glasstickets with their guests?
From the Glassticket app, the ticket holder sends a ticket to a guest’s mobile number. The guest receives a text message with a link that takes them either to the app store or to the Glassticket app to claim their ticket. Either way, it’s as fast and easy as downloading a ticket to a digital wallet.
What about fans who prefer paper tickets?
We have found that Glassticket is so easy to use that fans are won over by the peace of mind of always having their tickets on their phone, without the risk of leaving paper tickets behind.
